Houndstooth was opened in 2019 by sibling chefs James and Cheyenne Galbraith with the goal of bringing Southwest Michigan an adventurous and bold dining experience. Five years later, with the departure of owner James, Cheyenne leads a new chapter of Houndstooth’s story. 


At Houndstooth we believe food is the cornerstone of togetherness. Our menu evolves often, with the changes of the season and inspiration of our team. With an open floor kitchen and bar concept, we want you to fully immersed in the energy of the kitchen. We are not just here to cook. We are here to have fun, celebrate, maybe even cry a little.
